Frequently Asked Questions

Please add items you require into your basket, checking quantities carefully. Once your happy that you have everything you require then proceed to checkout and fill in the required fields. With your first order you will need to set up a user name and password so you can log in, complete the fields required and place your order - then leave the rest up to us.

Due to a wide range of products we cannot always stock every item listed on the website.  If you need an order for a certain deadline please contact us to confirm that we can arrange this for you.  If an item is out of stock we can usually arrange to have most products back in stock within a day or two.

Delivery in the north west is free, via our own vans were possible.  Mainland UK deliveries - we may be able to arrange deivery for you but due to carriage restrictions and not being able to insure glass/crockery items we would prefer to use our own vehicles.  If you require an order please contact us for more details

Stock items are usually delivered on a next working day basis via our own vans if you are based in the north west. Outside the north west please contact us for more information

If you already have an account please enter your account number at checkout and pay as per our usual terms. If you wish to pay cash on delivery please proceed to checkout and click this option - our drivers will collect payment when the goods are delivered.  If you wish to pay by card click this option and leave a number for our office to phone you back.  

If you are looking for something but can't find it on our site please phone 0151 289 3344 and a member of our team will be able to assist you. Although we have tried to include everything on the website, due to the wide range of products we supply items may have been missed 

If you need or prefer to see a representative please phone our office on 0151 289 3344. We will arrange for a member of our sales team to contact you and arrange an appointment as quickly as possible

We do have a small showroom at our depot in Knowsley.  You are welcome to pay us a visit and can purchase items direct from our warehouse while on site.  Office and warehouse opening hours are 7am - 4pm - Mon-Fri. Please view the 'About Us' page for a map of our location

If you have an issue with an order please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email.  Any claims for damages or shortages must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

We can provide samples upon request although these are chargeable.  You will be credited for them on return

Sorry we currently only ship within the UK. If you require help finding a product that you can't find elsewhere please use the contact form and we will do our best to assist you

Stock items may be returned for credit if they are unused and in the original undamaged packaging. Items that are not usual stock lines may be returned once authorised by a director but may incur a restocking/handling fee
